Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide

Grabzii may collect account information such as email address, password hash, display name, birth date or age result, country, optional city, bio, interests, vibe tags, language tags, profile settings, chat preferences, reports, support messages, purchases, and other information you choose to provide.

2. Information created by using Grabzii

Grabzii may process machine activity, Grabzone entries, grab attempts, session state, friend requests, blocks, reports, wallet ledger events, virtual item activity, device/browser information, approximate network information, security logs, and safety-related metadata.

Live video/audio is intended to connect through browser WebRTC where possible. Grabzii may process signaling data needed to connect users, such as session tokens, offers, answers, ICE candidates, and connection events.

3. Evidence and reports

For safety, Grabzii may temporarily protect recent chat evidence in encrypted storage on your device. Evidence is submitted to Grabzii only when a report or serious safety review is triggered. Evidence may include session identifiers, participant public IDs, timestamps, report category, reporter notes, private text chat transcript, and technical metadata.

Report evidence is used for trust and safety review, enforcement, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and protecting users. Users cannot casually replay or export another user’s evidence through normal product features.

4. How Grabzii uses information

Grabzii uses information to create accounts, verify eligibility, apply age-aware safety rules, operate the Grabzone and machines, process grabs, connect live chat, manage wallet balances, provide cosmetics, show profile information, send friend requests, handle reports, enforce rules, prevent fraud, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Age-aware privacy

Grabzii is not available to children under 13. Grabzii uses age information to apply eligibility, safety settings, matching limits, consent-first flows, and protected matching rules. Protected accounts are not randomly matched with adult accounts.

If Grabzii learns that it collected information from a user under 13 without appropriate permission, Grabzii will take steps to restrict or remove the account and delete information where required.

6. What other users can see

Other users may see public profile information such as display name, capsule presentation, interests, vibe tags, public badges, broad location you choose to show, and chat behavior that occurs during a live interaction. Other users should not see your email, birth date, internal user ID, moderation notes, risk scores, payment data, encryption keys, report evidence, or private vault data.

7. Sharing information

Grabzii may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, security, payments, moderation, age/verification, analytics, advertising, support, and communication tools. Grabzii may also share information when required by law, to protect users, to investigate abuse, to respond to emergencies, to enforce Terms, or as part of a business transfer.

Grabzii may prepare aggregated audience and product metrics for sponsors or advertisers, such as machine activity, broad country counts, session volume, engagement trends, and cosmetic/shop performance. These reports should not identify individual users, expose private chat content, or include personal contact information.

Grabzii should not sell personal information or sensitive safety data. Any future advertising or data partnership must be reviewed for privacy, safety, consent, and legal compliance before launch.

8. Payments

Payment information may be processed by payment providers. Grabzii should store only limited payment references, purchase records, wallet ledger entries, and fulfillment details, not full card numbers.

9. Cookies and similar technology

Grabzii may use cookies, local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, evidence buffering, anti-abuse controls, analytics, advertising measurement, and product functionality. See the Cookie Notice for more information.

10. Security

Grabzii uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including private configuration, encryption for sensitive fields, hashed lookup values, CSRF protections, rate limits, and restricted access to safety data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

11. Data retention

Grabzii keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, operate wallets, maintain safety records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with law, and enforce rules. Report evidence and safety records may be kept longer when needed for investigations, repeat-offender detection, or legal obligations.

12. Your choices

You may update profile fields, choose chat preferences where available, leave the Grabzone, end chats, block users, report users, and stop using Grabzii. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information.

13. Regional privacy rights

Some regions provide additional privacy rights. Grabzii will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law. Grabzii may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain information where required for safety, security, legal, or accounting reasons.

14. International users

Grabzii may process information in the United States or other locations where its providers operate. By using Grabzii, you understand that information may be transferred and processed outside your region.

15. Updates

Grabzii may update this Policy as the service changes. Material changes will be handled with reasonable notice.
