1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, entering the Grabzone, playing the claw, joining a live chat, buying or using virtual items, or otherwise using Grabzii, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Notice, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Grabzii.

Grabzii may update these Terms. When changes are material, Grabzii will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and age rules

You must provide truthful account and age information. Grabzii is not available to children under 13. Accounts that cannot meet eligibility or safety requirements may be refused, restricted, suspended, or removed.

Grabzii uses age-aware matching. Protected accounts and adult accounts are not randomly matched together. Some machines, modes, or features may require age eligibility, verification, consent-first matching, or other safety controls.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your password, sell your account, lend your account, impersonate someone else, or create accounts to avoid a restriction.

Grabzii may require additional steps before allowing access to some features, including email confirmation, age checks, safety checks, or verification for eligible spaces.

4. The Grabzii service

Grabzii includes live video/audio chat, private text chat, profile capsules, the Grabzone, machine rooms, matching modes, friend requests, reporting, blocking, earned currency, premium currency, cosmetics, and other social arcade features.

Grabzii does not guarantee that a specific user will be available, that a grab will connect, that every user will respond, or that live chat will be uninterrupted. Network conditions, browser permissions, safety rules, or moderation actions may affect availability.

5. Matching, consent, and live chat

A grab is a chat request or match attempt. Depending on account settings, age-aware safety rules, machine type, and matching policy, a grab may connect instantly, require acceptance, start text-first, or require additional confirmation before video.

You may end a chat at any time. You may deny eligible incoming requests, block users, report unsafe behavior, and leave the Grabzone. You may not pressure another user to stay, reveal private information, move off-platform, or do anything they have declined.

6. User content and conduct

You are responsible for what you say, show, upload, transmit, or otherwise share through Grabzii. You must follow the Community Guidelines. Prohibited behavior includes sexual content involving minors, nudity or explicit content where not allowed, harassment, threats, hate speech, scams, impersonation, doxxing, sharing private information without permission, and attempts to bypass safety systems.

You grant Grabzii the limited permission needed to operate the service, display your public profile information, transmit live chat data, process reports, enforce safety rules, and provide user-requested features. You keep ownership of content you own, but you are responsible for having the rights to share it.

7. Reports, evidence, and moderation

Grabzii may provide reporting tools, blocking tools, encrypted local evidence handling, moderation review, safety prompts, account restrictions, and enforcement actions. Evidence is intended for safety review and may include session metadata, private text chat transcripts, report notes, and other information described in the Privacy Policy.

Grabzii may review reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, ban accounts, limit devices or account clusters, or escalate serious matters when legally required or necessary to protect users.

8. Virtual currency, virtual items, and payments

Grab Coins are earned virtual currency. Zii Gems are premium virtual currency. Virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value, are not property, are not transferable outside Grabzii, and cannot be redeemed for money unless Grabzii states otherwise in writing.

Prices, availability, rewards, cosmetics, features, and balances may change. Purchases are processed through payment providers and may be subject to their terms. Grabzii may reverse, refuse, or adjust currency events caused by fraud, errors, chargebacks, abuse, or safety enforcement.

9. No commercial misuse or scraping

You may not scrape, copy, harvest, sell, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, automate, or misuse Grabzii, its users, its data, or its systems. You may not use bots, automated grabs, fake engagement, credential attacks, or security probing without written permission.

10. Third-party services

Grabzii may rely on browsers, WebRTC, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics, moderation vendors, age/verification providers, and other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Availability and changes

Grabzii may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time. Grabzii may perform maintenance, update safety systems, remove machines, change rewards, or adjust the product as the platform evolves.

12. Disclaimers

Grabzii is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Grabzii disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Grabzii and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost data, lost virtual items, or service interruptions arising from your use of Grabzii.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Grabzii and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using Grabzii at any time. Grabzii may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if it believes you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the service, or if continued access would be harmful to users or the platform.
